I am a skilled and compassionate therapist with over 20 years of experience as a clinician in the mental health field. I am a therapist who believes in the importance of the therapeutic relationship and strives to create a safe, respectful and nonjudgmental environment to help you work towards your goals.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

 I offer online individual therapy to adults struggling with a variety of issues such as, but not limited to: depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, stress management, relationship challenges, coping with grief/loss, managing difficult emotions and coping with life transitions. I have a special interest in working with generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, trauma and PTSD.

THERAPY APPROACH

I use evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are effective and catered to your individual needs. My primary therapy modalities include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT); Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); Solution-Focused/Strength-based interventions; and Mindfulness approaches. I work from an anti-oppressive, culturally sensitive, and trauma-informed framework.

​My online therapy fee is a flat rate of $180 per hour.  There is no HST, or other hidden charges or fees.
